Thank God! Facebook finally took down my cyberstalker’s page…
For interested parties: It took a letter from my hosting company that owns RaquelOkyay.com to get it done. Which said in part:
“[the page] appears to be an attempt to imposter and defame our client’s reputation and a violation of our client’s intellectual property, privacy, online property and trademark….is using Raquel Okyay’s famous name and trademarks to divert traffic to the website in violation of multiple international criminal laws as well as civil laws regarding trademark infringement, the Communications Decency Act Of 1996, and unfair competition.”

An Open Letter to Vicki

Dear Vicki:
Please let me call you “Vicki” since that is how you sign your dismissive and airy emails to me when I complain about the fact that a cyberstaller and troll has been libeling and slandering me, my family, my religion, my friends, my profession – and Jeeze – just anything and everything that I have done with my life (as if he really had “insight” into me).
You refer to “community standards” but let’s face it: Facebook has no “community” standards unless it is the type of standards associated with a gay bath house. As a matter of fact, the person trolling me and a pal is a gay man who has been impersonating me – on Facebook, twitter and google – for months although lately one of his FB pages has been removed (perhaps upon receipt of my attorney’s “cease and desist letter”.) But let’s face it, Vicki: you have no sympathy for conservative pro life women or for members of the Republican party. This troll used my maiden name, place of birth, date of birth, the name of the company where I work, the name of co-workers – you get the picture- he had no plausible deniability that it was me whom he was libeling. My attorney knows New York State’s libel laws very well, apparently much better than you and the Facebook lawyers.
You see, Vicki, when Raquel and I both wrote “parodies” (all in good fun, of course, as the cyberstalker himself claims of his own personal and vicious pages) of our troll, you removed them faster than you can, “Gay obnoxious fat aholes who whine and cry are in a protected group.” So much for developing a thick skin, which certainly you have to have to be in public life and “expose” yourself.
You wasted no time in removing James STD Grissom (which was a really funny, funny page) as well as the James Grissooom page (note the misspelled name, hence “plausible deniability”, right, Jimbo?). And what, exactly, was so “offensive” about those two pages? We really don’t care that the cyberbully is a gay guy – we care that he libels, lies and does not have the facts about our lives.
You see, Vicki, facts are a stubborn thing. And by perusing what he believes is the “public record” he has not as yet been made aware that certain “facts” are not what they appear to be. And when my pal’s reputation is restored, the cyberbully will be on a long list of people to be sued.
In the meantime, Vicki, you allow a cyberstalker to write where people live and hang out – and even post our photos – so that the crazies who are like the creature from the Baton Rouge swamp (who now lives in Manhattan on the upperwestside) are eventually unleashed they will know how to find us in order to harm us and our children. The burden will be on you, Vicki dearest, if any harm comes to us. In the meanwhile, enjoy your day! And thanks for nothing – you phony!

Honestly, James – going after my child? You have no shame. And you think there are no consequences when you slander, defame and malign people? The places where I hang out have been made aware of your appearance since you like writing where I live, hang out, go grocery shopping, eat pizza, etc. This is a precaution to protect my personal safety. And, oh yes, where I buy coffee in the morning. I spoke to the young girls who work there and offered to buy them pepper spray since you very specifically mentioned that place. Shame on you, James Grissom! Did you get my lawyer’s letter yet?

Mr. Grissom has tripled on the hatred towards Raquel. He is a sad, twisted man and we should pity him. The Emperor has no clothes as he has pretty much admitted to being the person who was impersonating me online on twitter, Google blog and FB and denigrating and demeaning me, my family, my place of work, etc., and terrorizing me for months to the point that I had to have a retired police officer near me at a fundraiser.

Nobody should be terrorized as we were. And the man who was doing this to me was doing it for years under various names and writing the most vile and gross thing imaginable to hurt me, my family and my reputation. He ruined a charity fundraiser for me and should pay me for my ticket as well as my attorney.

I just spoke to Silvercup Studios – they know nothing about “Frances McDormand” filming a tv series based upon “my life”. The young lady was laughing when I told her why I was inquiring. “Oh, what a tangled web we weave . . . ” What a fraud!
